Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Hats
  • Sandals (if worn)
  • Any items without their original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use the template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse):

  • We will process your refund to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 24-48 hours
  • You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above and indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items
