Pretty and easy to use and love the option to do single strap or double

I love the Memphis bag, but it was a tad too small. This one is perfect. I mainly wanted it for the cell phone pocket in front. So convenient. This should be on all the bags! I’m 5’1″ and the bag sits low as a backpack, kind of rests on my butt. But that’s how it should be, I think. I don’t want it as a tight backpack high on my back. This is more natural and comfortable since it’s purse first and foremost. I mostly use one of the two straps and sling it over my shoulder. Use both straps as a backpack when I’m out and about for a while. I really hope you’ll make this one available in Shadow. Will definitely buy another one if you do.

I took this bag with me on a five week trip to Europe and Africa. I took it hiking as a backpack. I took it to crowded medinas as a crossbody. I took it to fancy restaurants as a nice purse. I shoved it into bigger bags so it wouldn’t count as personal item. My only 2 cents are I wish it was a little more packable, or was available in a nice leather. Other than that, it’s been a great investment.

It’s perfect for me! I love the quilted look and there are plenty of different pockets

Perfect size for my traveling day bag. Very roomy but not oversized or heavy. I like the option of couple of ways to wear the strap as backpack or sling. Fits easily in my large carryon shoulder bag for airplane. I don’t like to use leather bags in the tropics. Baggallini bags are great.

This backpack is amazing! SO bummed my new iPad Pro does not fit in it. Color is gorgeous! Love that you offer discounts.

Perfect size and good looking for everyday. HOlds everything and then some. Love that I can switch from backpack to sling. Love that it comes in so many colors. Love the sturdy material and zippers. Frankly, I cant think of anything to criticize. Love this bag!

I’d been using a larger Baggallini bag but came to realize I didn’t need such a big one for everyday use. I still use that one when I travel, but the Naples backpack is the size I need on a regular day. It has lots of handy compartments (I’m still getting the hang of remembering what I’ve put where!) and is roomy enough for the essentials.
Some other reviewers said the straps were too long and weren’t adjustable, but that appears to have changed–they now are adjustable, and after adjusting them to their shortest length, I found the backpack sat against my back just fine (I’m 5’4″). My one quibble is that if I zip the straps together, the resulting “sling” bag doesn’t hang from my shoulder comfortably. But if I keep the straps unzipped, using just one of them as a “sling” works fine! Very glad I bought this bag.

I had been using a slightly smaller Baggalini backpack so this one seems large to me, but it is still great. Good quality, great inside pockets, nice sections, good hardware. My other one lasted a very long time so I’m expecting this one to do so as well.

Cute, well made, nice features. Wish it were a little bigger so it could hold a reusable water bottle. Fits my iPad and a few essentials, but the pockets don’t fit much.

This was a gift and a perfect one at that. It came in time for the holidays. A great fun Christmas purse.
I have bad hands, which makes it hard to get stuff out of my purse. But they bag opens wide, everything has its place so organized and easy.

I am going to use this bag for New Year
Looking forward to it.

This adorable bag really is just what I need to go through my busy day where I balance 3 different jobs. I always have all I need, in just the perfect place to find it.

Love the pockets and convertible features!
But, the issue of the backpack strap length still has not been fixed. At the shortest setting, the bag sits on my lower back. If I decide to keep it, I’ve tied 2 knots at the bottom of both straps to raise it to mid back level. This could easily be remedied by the vendor to allow the shortening metal clasp to slide all the way up the straps. It stops now at a seemed edge.
I am 5’2″ tall.

I’ve used this bag on two business trips. Love the easy accessibility and pockets. Only one downside-I wish the main compartment opened Just a bit wider ( wider side gussets).

I have four of these backpacks and am ordering the French Navy color. As an older female I find the ability to carry and use these backpacks for many trips, day junkets or just around town is far superior to any other handbag. They hold so much but are not bulky or too heavy and are easy to convert from a sling to full backpack. Plus they’re water resistant! What more can one want? I’m sold!!
Happyretiree –
This blue bag is the fifth one I have purchased and I am very pleased with it! It has enough room for everything I need including the key minder- a must these days. The color is very nice and goes with a lot in my closet, and it’s water resistant too! I’m sold!!
TurningWatersTraveler –
It is small, but durable and everyone loves the buffalo plaid color. I use it for when I have to grocery shop and don’t want a huge purse to carry around
Sandy R –
Love the hands-free backpack purse. Needed a lightweight option that would hold everything I need and this is it.
CosEasyGoing –
The most comfortable backpack I’ve owned. Organized yet roomy and light weight. Very well designed and the beet red color is gorgeous.

I bought this in black for a cruise. Loved it so much, I bought it again in pink for a summer vibe! The pockets and sections are perfect for keeping things organized. Easy to wipe clean. Maybe I’ll buy it again in another color!
KellyKat –
Love this bag. It has enough pockets to keep everything organized and is great quality. Super cute too, and very versatile. It can be worn as a mini backpack or a sling, and has RFID pockets for cards.
Kq1967 –
Great for traveling. I love that it also can convert to one strap to put over shoulder.
Beckala –
It was so nice to realize my old Baggallini was old! So I bought a new one that had similar qualities and it’s been great. Glad I did it!

Love this classy little backpack! Just took it on a trip and it has the right compartments for everything to travel on the airplane.
